Where once we languished alone with big questions, few answers, and high levels of anxiety – we know now that we’re not alone! (What a sense of relief!)
The engagement of the MSDO membership is wonderful. There’s always relevant questions posed and discussions happening that add value to the whole community.
We’ve only been a member for about a year now and have just begun to leverage the new ideas, case studies, and relationships to help us achieve our objectives.
Great that we can all share and contribute, and leverage the success of the community as a whole.
Making new connections and sharing information with municipal colleagues has helped us innovate, design, and establish best practices.
The annual conference is a great opportunity to learn from others, share ideas, and have fun!
Our MSDO membership and the benefits that it offers are a great resource for our organization.
We have visited the Calgary 311 centre, and a number of other citizen service centres at MSDO conferences.
Using the experience gained from other agencies has kept us from starting from scratch on a number of initiatives.
Our MSDO membership has been a great investment, and now we are able to help other organizations.
