2023 Conference – Niagara Falls Attendee’s

The MSDO Board of Directors asked conference attendees to share their thoughts on the value of attending the MSDO conference.

As a non-member and first-time attendee, the Conference provided significant insight into how municipalities are becoming more efficient while maintaining a level of service for their citizens.

The MSDO Conference was a great opportunity to meet and learn from other professionals in the industry, and share best practices and lessons learned.

Julie Wiejak

Policy & Research Analyst, City of Thunder Bay

The presentations by and networking of Service Delivery experts provide value for every municipality regardless of size or journey maturity.

The opportunity is unmatched!!

Douglas McGuire

Corporate Citizen Experience Manager, City of Grande Prairie

This was my first MSDO conference and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

It was comforting to interact with professionals that are experiencing the same challenges and celebrating the same wins as us (the Town of Caledon).

Attending the conference was energizing–I will be taking new ideas and key messages back to the Town.

Kate Murton

Manager, Service Delivery Community Services, Town of Caledon

The MSDO conference is a great opportunity to connect with other municipalities and to learn and grow from everyone’s experience.

The collaboration is truly unique and so very valued.

Sheri Markle

Manager, Region of Waterloo

MSDO is the most comprehensive conference for municipal service delivery professionals.

Presentations support municipalities at the start of their focus on service delivery as well as those who are continuing to evolve. We have more in common than not so this is a great opportunity to connect, collaborate and learn from each other.

Michelle Herder

Program Manager, Corporate Customer Service Strategy, York Region
