2026 Host Committee Welcome
The Town of Caledon is proud to announce that it has been selected as the host municipality for the 2026 Municipal Service Delivery Officials (MSDO) Conference, a national gathering of service delivery professionals dedicated to innovation, continuous improvement, and community-building.
Taking place in May 2026, the three-day conference will bring delegates and speakers from municipalities across the country to Caledon. Attendees will connect through workshops, keynote sessions, and networking events – sharing strategies that improve public service delivery at the local level.
“As a municipality focused on service excellence and innovation, Caledon is honoured to host the 2026 MSDO Conference,” said Mayor Annette Groves. “We look forward to showcasing our community, highlighting our people, and learning from colleagues who are transforming how municipalities deliver services across Canada.”
The MSDO network connects public service professionals through ongoing educational and professional development programming. Caledon staff have been engaged with the organization since 2014.
Hosting the 2026 conference will also create opportunities for local businesses and strengthen Caledon’s reputation as a diverse, responsive, and forward-thinking destination.
