What Our Attendees Say
To me, the value of MSDO is definitely the connections that we make through networking, online events, through conferences, and even online through the members’ forum. I think of the way that we share, the way that we’re so open to provide knowledge, and it really makes you feel like you’re not alone. It actually spawns quite a lot of inspiration to do things, to try new things, and also inspires us to do better.
I joined the MSD board about 10 years ago. When I first got my position as Manager of Service Regina, I needed to know more about strategy in the call center, and MSDO was the perfect fit. I learned so much, and now in my role as past chair of the MSDO board, I’m able to help others along their journey towards operational excellence. Thanks, MSDO.
