Join us in transforming municipal services across Canada with innovative solutions and collaborative efforts.

Our Journey

MSDO began in 2002 as an informal network of municipal service delivery leaders, officially incorporating in 2008.

Starting with a vision to improve municipal services, we’ve grown into a nationwide leader.

Our annual conferences, which began in 2015, and online forums connect municipal staff across the country, fostering innovation and the sharing of best practices to better serve communities.
