Thanks to all of you who joined us on Thursday, September 25 for an enlightening session from the City of Kelowna’s Corporate Strategy & Performance Manager, Mike McGreer.
We learned how building a clear inventory of your services and defining service levels can help your team become more investment-ready. This session highlighted support for better resource planning, areas for improvement, and helped to prepare you for budget discussions with a service-based mindset.
